Crossbridge National School
19th April '96
Four members of "Tree walk" visited our school
today, gave a talk to the children on the
benefits of trees, planted three trees in the
school grounds, distributed seeds for the
children to sow and left some literature on
trees. The visit was much enjoyed by the
children, and the teachers felt that it was a very
worthwhile exercise. Some children expressed
a wish to take part in a similar exercise in
the future.
