Madrid's very geometrical airport.
Here's a science experiment you can do yourself the next time you're
on a shrieking aluminium death tube. At altitude, after you finish
your beverage, cap the empty bottle and watch it as you descend.
It will be inexorably crushed as the cabin pressure rises from
around 2000 metres cabin altitude to that of the airport. This
is less than the difference in altitude from the South Pole
and sea level.
