SubMarie's: Taste-testing Results and New Recipes Posted
I have just posted an update to the SubMarie's “open sauce” project, which seeks to reverse-engineer a recipe equivalent to Marie's® Blue Cheese salad dressing. This update, which incorporates information reported in preliminary form in this chronicle here and here, describes comparison taste-testing against the Real Thing and supplies two additional recipes which, I believe, converge more closely toward the desired flavour.
